What McCrafter is

McCrafter is a set of free web tools for creating custom content for Minecraft Bedrock Edition, such as Resource Packs and add-ons. It is an independent project operated by an individual.

Relationship with Minecraft

McCrafter is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

What you create with McCrafter must comply with the Minecraft End User License Agreement and the Minecraft Usage Guidelines.

Acceptable use

You can use the tools for free, for personal purposes or to share your creations. By using them you agree not to:

• use images, music or other material you do not have the right to use;
• create content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, harasses other people or is explicitly sexual or violent;
• try to damage, overload or disrupt the site, or access it in an automated and abusive way;
• generate fraudulent clicks or impressions on the ads, or help others do so.

Your content

The files you use and the packs you create belong to you, or to whoever holds their rights. McCrafter does not receive or store them, because they are processed in your browser, and claims no rights over them.

You are solely responsible for having permission to use that material and for how you share or distribute what you create.

McCrafter’s intellectual property

The name, logo, design and code of the site belong to McCrafter or its licensors. You are free to link to the site, but not to copy it or present it as your own. The Minecraft elements that appear in the tools belong to Mojang.

Advertising

The site shows third-party ads that keep it free. McCrafter does not control the content of each ad and is not responsible for the products or services they advertise. If you see an inappropriate ad, let us know. The use of data for advertising is explained in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or remove any tool, or the entire site, at any time and without prior notice.

Minecraft updates may cause a generated pack to stop working. We try to keep the tools up to date, but we cannot guarantee it.

No warranties

The site and the tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that they will work without errors or that they will be compatible with your device or with every version of Minecraft. Always keep a copy of your original files and your worlds.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, McCrafter will not be liable for indirect damages or for the loss of data, worlds or projects resulting from the use of the tools or of the packs they create.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. If you are a minor in your country, use McCrafter with the permission and supervision of your parent or guardian.

Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control their content or their policies and are not responsible for them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one posted on this page, with its update date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
