If something does not work

So we can reproduce the problem, tell us:

• which tool you were using and what you were trying to do;
• your browser and device, for example “Chrome on Android”;
• the error message, if one appeared, or a screenshot.

Privacy and personal data

If you have a question about privacy, write to us with the subject “Privacy”. McCrafter does not store data about you; the privacy policy explains who processes the data from your visit and how to opt out of personalized advertising.

Ads

If you see an ad that is inappropriate or that keeps you from using the site, tell us which page it appeared on and what it showed.

Before you write

• McCrafter is not Minecraft support. For problems with your account, your purchases or the game, contact Mojang or Microsoft.
• We will never ask for your password or payment details.
• We reply as soon as we can, usually within a few days.
